Is it really possible to effectively train a group of young kids with varying levels of
ability at the same time?
What if some of them were highly skilled in movement aptitude while others (in the same group) had Autism?
Watch this fascinating ‘practical’ video from 2010 IYCA Trainer of the Year, Dave Gleason, and see for yourself:

World-renowned Speed Coach, Latif Thomas, asked me to answer questions live on an internationally broadcasted conference call.
He allowed his audience to email any questions they had for me.

Each week, I post a new audio for IYCA Members.
I call them the ‘8-Minute Rapid Fire’.
The amount of information you can get out of someone in just 8-minutes is absolutely amazing… I am stunned at how much experts can reveal in this short amount of time!
I want you to listen to Alwyn’s interview carefully.
He was diagnosed with cancer twice over the past five years, beat it both times, and in the process, became one of the most successful and inspirational Fitness Professionals in the world…
… If this guy is not qualified to teach you about ‘Success Secrets’, I don’t know who is.

Dreams and ambition are great.
But how many times have you established a goal for yourself and not completed it?
I’ll bet that number totals into the dozens.
You start the process, get ultra-excited, amped-up beyond belief…
… And then…
You kind of get started, but not really.
You sort of create a plan, but never really follow it.
You get confused, overwhelmed, discouraged and then… JUST STOP.
Been there myself.

They saved me literally hours of time in preparation.
They were perfectly based on my overall training system.
They were custom built for progressions and regressions.
They were ideal for use in small or large group settings.
And with about two hours of preparation, I could create one sheet that added up to more than 10,000 individual training programs.
It’s all based on compartmentalizing and categorization.
I created a video to show you exactly how I did it and how you can as well.
This will be one of the most worthwhile 5 minutes you could ever spend on Youth Training Programs…
