CEU POLICY

IYCA Certificates no longer require CEUs. This means that your IYCA Certificates will not expire.

FORGOT PASSWORD

If you forgot you password, please try the forgot password link under the login and try resetting it before reaching out us. We won't be able to send you your password but we will be able to reset the link if forgot password isn't working.

I didn’t receive my course or certification after purchase. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first — your login credentials and access details are often sent via email immediately after purchase. If you still can't find them, contact us using the form above

Are physical materials shipped with any products?

No. All of our products, certifications, and courses are now fully digital and accessible online. You won’t receive any physical books, DVDs, or printed materials.

How do I log in to access my course or certification?

You’ll receive login instructions via email after purchasing. Use those credentials to access your courses through the IYCA member portal. If you can't find the login email, check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I access my course on any device?

Yes, our digital platform is mobile- and tablet-friendly. You can access your courses from any device with an internet connection.

I purchased a product in the past but can't access it anymore. What should I do?

Please provide the email you used at the time of purchase and the name of the product, and our support team will help you regain access. We’ve recently switched course platforms, so if you’re still trying to log in through Customer Hub, that system is no longer active. Please email us, and we’ll get you set up with access to the new platform.

How long do I have access to my courses?

Unless otherwise stated, access to IYCA digital products is lifetime. You can revisit the material anytime.

Can I get a certificate of completion?

Yes, after completing all certifications and passing any required quizzes or tests, a digital certificate will be emailed to you.

Which certification or course is right for me as a coach?

If you're unsure which product fits your goals, feel free to contact us — let us know your coaching background and who you work with, and we’ll guide you in the right direction.

Do I need any special software to access the course content?

No special software is required. All content is accessible via a standard web browser.
