Youth Fitness: Goals for 2011

Youth Fitness Resolutions

I don’t believe in New Year’s Resolutions.

Never have.

But I am a determined and purposeful Goal Creator.

I’ve learned (from trial and error) that to get what you want (in life, your career, everything) there are 3 very specific and very notable steps you absolutely MUST take:

  1. You must write your goals down

  2. You must believe and have faith that they will ‘come true’

  3. You must repeat your goals as an ‘inner dialogue’ several times a day

The trade secrets that have worked (wonderfully) in my life.

What do you want in your life during 2011?

What do you want in your youth fitness career?

And quite frankly, I’d love you to share as much as you’re comfortable with me.

With all of us.

Short range I would like to open a Youth Fitness Center in the next 6 months and 2 within the next year. Also would like to start speaking engagements again and working on spreading the need for youth fitness…

Mid range (3 years) I would like to have 5 centers…Enterprise, Dothan, Troy, Ozark, Eufaula and possibly even brance into Panama City (Northwest Florida) or that area…

Long Range (10 years +) I want to look back and know that I have had a hand in changing the world of fitness in my area (which was my plan when I left California – chasing my own bodybuilding dreams 30 years ago and came back here). Also would like to be financially secure so that I can totally focus on this goal for the rest of my life…
