Brian…thank you my friend for opening my eyes up to a whole new way of thinking. I’m extremely excited about getting ALL of the certifications IYCA has to offer. I have high hopes and dreams to take my business to an entire different level with you and the IYCA leading the way. I’m ready to be a BIG part of the IYCA and watch it EXPLODE!!! Brian, I really like what you stand for and I know with you leading the way, we as a team can’t lose. Again, thank you my friend.

  2. Brian,
When I came upon your information a little over a year ago, I was amazed that someone had the same training philosophy as I have been using for the past 20+ years. Being a petite blond female in a world of predominantly big burly male coaches (20 years ago) no one gave me the time of day. Until last year when I found your dvds and training manuals, I thought maybe I was the only training/coaching like this. I have a masters degree in neuromuscular strength development and I am currently pursuing my PhD in holistic nutrition, and I am very impressed with your knowledge and understanding of youth fitness and development. Keep up the great work!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I cannot stress enough how much humility I have in bearing the torch for this cause and movement.

The work volume is extraordinary and the hours often crushing, but it is posts, emails and the odd phone call like this one that truly keeps me going.

The benefit of children, youths and teenagers is my passion…

… But your kind words are the engine that make me run.

    Thank you sincerely.

    Brian

During my 11 year tenure working with a local Parks and Recreation Department, I have encountered the death of two youth involved in a youth sport activity. Both deaths were due to some sort of cardiac-related ailment, and involved children who were being forced to engage in a single sport regime. The sport of choice was basketball, and I have cursed myself for waiting so long to make the decision to dedicate myself towards youth fitness and charging my community up with better preparing their children for the rigours of aerobic and anaerobic activities, by preparing them overall.
Take note of the inadequacies involving the development of your area youths and make a serious effort to prevent these unfortunate and preventable tragedies by increasing your knowledge and making the IYCA concept become prevalent and dominant in your community.
Thanks Brian, for making this platform possible, and encouraging some of us to get off our butts and making something happen.
