IYCA Is a Roadmap

[wpfblike]

Earlier this week, you saw a video from 2010 IYCA Trainer of the Year, Dave Gleason.

He was explaining what, specifically, about the IYCA appeals to him so much.

And I can paraphrase it like this:

“They don’t just give you ‘samples’ of stuff to do.  They teach you everything you need to know about training young athletes and provide you with a roadmap for how to do it for yourself.”

I agree.

My feeling is that the lack of spoon-feeding we offer in the way of information is one of the key ingredients that set us so far apart from anyone else in the certification market.

We don’t give information.

We provide priceless education, knowing full well that your situation is different from other Fitness Professionals and Coaches.

With the IYCA, you don’t just get examples of training that may or may not apply to you.

You get instruction on how to completely and entirely create effective training programs for yourself.

Roadmaps versus Samples…
