Youth Fitness Specialist Level 1 Your physical course materials will be placed in the mail within 5 business days of ordering. The Youth Fitness Specialist Level 1 Certification Exam is hosted entirely online. Within 72 hours, you will receive email instructions on how to access and complete the exam. You will then have 120 days to complete and submit your exam.
