Return Policy

The IYCA has a 365-day money back guarantee on all certifications and information products, and the policy is available for ALL customers, international and domestic.  On these  purchases, if you are dissatisfied with the product(s) for any reason, within three hundred sixty-five (365) days of the sale date the product may be returned, at your cost, for a refund of the purchase price.

APPLICABLE TO ALL RETURNS:

  • DO NOT return the product to the address from which it was sent.
  • Before returning your items, please contact us at support@iycasupport.com, or 888-366-4922.  Returns are only accepted if sent with receipt confirmation.
  • Items must be received, in original package, and in like new condition before a credit will be issued.
  • The IYCA may, at its discretion, issue credit for future purchases in place of a refund.

 


Refund Policy

There are no refunds for any portion of a subscription to IYCA Insiders. We offer the right to cancel immediately at any time, but will not issue refunds for any portion of the subscription payments made. By making a purchase from IYCA Insiders, you are confirming that you have read and understand this no refunds policy.

Subscription fees may be deductible as a business expense. Check with your tax consultant or accountant for advice on this issue.

All physical products will be shipped within 7 business days of ordering (unless otherwise noted on check-out page).

 

Privacy Policy 
We are strongly committed to safeguarding consumer privacy on our Web site. We operate under the following set of strict privacy principles:

The only information we obtain about our members, is information we need to process credit card charges of membership fees. That information is never revealed, resold, or made public for any reason.

Personally identifiable information provided by members (name, e-mail or home address, etc.) is never disclosed to anyone.

Cookies Each time a member logs into our site, we store a temporary “cookie” in the browser files of the member computer. This cookie is used during your online session to allow you free access to the member’s area, without repeatedly requiring you to re-enter your user name and password.

When ever you log off or leave the site, the cookies file is automatically removed.

External Links In order to provide visitors with greater value, some of our pages may provide links to various third party Web sites. In no case, is member information or ‘cookies’ provided to the third party sites.

However, keep in mind that many sites do attempt to capture visitor information when you browse those sites. Once you leave our site, we are not able to alert you should another site attempt to gather information from your browser.

Private Forums We provide our members with with a multi-tiered message board that makes sharing information with other members easy. To protect your privacy when posting or replying to messages in the message board, your personal information and email is not revealed.

However, remember that any information that you disclose in the message board areas can be read by all other members, so exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

Security Our Web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We employ strict security measures to safeguard online transactions; personal information is stored in a secured database and always sent via an encrypted Internet channel.

Choice/Opt-In Our site gives users the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us. You can be assured that we never reveal, sell, or make available your email address to anyone for any purpose. This site also gives users the following options for removing their information from our database in order to stop receiving communications or our service.

IYCA Membership and Education Program

Overview

Completion of an IYCA certification or credential demonstrates a commitment to excellence in youth conditioning and fitness. As part of the IYCA’s ongoing efforts to support and develop youth fitness professionals, individuals who successfully complete any IYCA certification or credential are automatically enrolled in the IYCA Membership & Education Program (MEP) for one year from the date of successful completion of the course (or one year from the date of purchase if the course is not successfully completed within one year). The purpose of the MEP is to ensure that all IYCA members are provided access to cutting-edge information regarding youth fitness and conditioning as well as other members-only exclusive benefits.

All members in good standing will be entitled to the following benefits:

  • One membership certificate (suitable for framing) for each completed certification
  • Access to the IYCA Members website
  • Listing on the IYCA trainer database

In order to remain enrolled in the MEP, participants may utilize one of the following options:

  1. Remit the annual MEP fee of $59.95 to the IYCA via https://iyca.org/membership/ if no additional IYCA certifications or selected courses are purchased prior to the expiration of the MEP enrollment.
  2. Purchase a new (i.e. not previously held/completed) IYCA certification prior to the expiration of MEP enrollment.

To illustrate, Coach A purchases the Youth Fitness Specialist Level 1 course in January 2013 and completes the course on March 1, 2013. If he does nothing else, in order to maintain a current certification for 2014, he must pay $59.95 on or before January 1, 2014. Alternatively, Coach B purchases the Youth Fitness Specialist Level 1 course in January 2013 and she, too, completes the course on March 1, 2013. However, Coach B opts to purchase the Youth Fitness Specialist Level 2 course in January 2014. In this case, no $59.95 annual MEP fee will be due for the 2014 year and her membership will be automatically renewed.

Annual MEP Fee: $59.95 (waived for members who purchase any new/non-held certification above)

 

 

Non-Profit Organizations Policy

The IYCA offers discounted rates for non-profit organizations on all of our certifications and CEU offerings:

a) 1 – 5 products, 25% discount per unit

b) 6 – 10 products, 35% discount per unit

c) for 10+ units please contact us for arrangements
