Michael Pfahl

Mike’s passion to improve the sports experience for youth began over 25 years ago while serving the City of Vandalia Ohio as Superintendent of Recreation then Director of Parks and Recreation. In 1986, Mike was recruited and accepted the newly created position of National Executive Director of the National Youth Sports Coaches Association then served as a vice president of the National Alliance for Youth Sports.

Today he is president of his own consulting company and has been instrumental in the development of programs, services and a national delivery system focusing on education, training and raising the standards and expectations of volunteer coaches, administrators and parents working with youth in sports.

Mike is a graduate of Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio and has conducted presentations and educational sessions in every state and overseas focusing on improving the sports experience for our nation’s youth.
