BJ Baker

B.J. Baker has been involved in the training, preparation, nutritional counseling, and rehabilitation of athletes in virtually every sport at various levels. B.J. has been on staff at Cornell University (Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer), Harvard University (Athletic Trainer, 7yrs), New England Blazers (Head Athletic Trainer, 7 seasons), Brine Lacrosse Club (6 seasons), and the Boston Red Sox (Strength and Conditioning Coordinator/Athletic Trainers, 8 yrs).

B.J. is a much sought after speaker. Topics have included: Strength and Conditioning and Baseball; Training the Throwing Shoulder; Sports Nutrition, Supplementation and Ergogenic Aids; and the Myths Associated with Resistance Training and Baseball. He is a nationally certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). B.J. also holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education/Athletic Training Magna Cum Laude from Cortland State University as well as a Master’s of Science in Physical Education and Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Medicine from Ithaca College
