Shane Nelson, MSS, SCC, CSCS is currently the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Chesterton High School, located in Chesterton, IN. The sports Shane personally works with are football, baseball, softball, boys’ basketball, and gymnastics. Shane has held this position for the last 5 years and is also a personal trainer, working with athletes of all ages and ability levels.
