The 2017 Summit featured a “business academy” that focused on best practices and practical tips to kick-start your sports performance business. This year, the pre-conference event will be a “workshop” format that will take you on a deep dive into your business as well as time spent dissecting several lucky participants’ businesses. This workshop will help you grow your business exponentially, create plans for growth and organize systems that can be replicated to maximize success.
Ryan Ketchum (Fitness Consulting Group) and Jim Kielbaso will lead the 3+ hour workshop. Be prepared to spend some mental energy examining your business through a series of exercises designed to give you clarity and a well-constructed plan for maximizing your business.
The Pre-Conference Business Workshop will take place at the Embassy Suites at 3:00 PM on Thursday, April 26th and will be followed by several hours of informal business discussion in the Embassy Suites lobby/restaurant/bar.
To ensure each attendee is given proper attention, this workshop will be limited to the first 30 participants.
