Led by three seasoned professionals, this workshop brings a diverse team of experts dedicated to helping you elevate female athletes to their fullest potential

Julie brings decades of experience as a youth coach, educator, author and curriculum developer focused on athlete-centered coaching. She is the visionary behind Unlocking HER Potential and has trained thousands of coaches across the country in how to support the whole athlete—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Julie is passionate about helping coaches bridge the gap between science and the art of coaching, particularly for girls in high-performance environments. Her approach is known for being both evidence-informed and deeply practical.

Erin is a nationally certified athletic trainer with a background in youth athlete care, return-to-play protocols, and long-term injury prevention. With years of on-the-ground experience in both clinical and field settings, she brings a valuable perspective on how to keep female athletes strong, mobile, and resilient—especially during critical developmental years. Erin's work empowers coaches with the knowledge to design safer, smarter practices tailored to the female body. Her ability to meld both the mental & physical side of injury is unparalleled.

Kristy is a registered dietitian with a focus on performance nutrition for young female athletes. Her work centers on age-appropriate sport-specific fueling strategies, nutrition for the whole athlete in and out of sport, and the prevention of energy deficiency and RED-S. She works closely with athletes, families, and coaches to demystify nutrition, encourage confident food relationships, and empower girls to fuel for both performance and life. Kristy’s approach is approachable, evidence-based, and deeply aligned with the needs of today’s female wrestler.
