From the Desk of the IYCA…
It seems the farther away I get from my college education, the more I forget.
And every year since, more and more of the basic information I learned about kinesiology, physiology, anatomy and muscle action seems to escape me.
I think the value of what makes a Coach ‘great’ has to do with more than their ability to understand the complexities of the human body…
…But having a strong working knowledge of this information is an absolute must.
Toby Brooks is an Associate Professor at Texas Tech University and a Ph.D.
He’s also the Director of Education for the IYCA and he’s the man behind the IYCA coursework that has been delivered at Universities throughout the United States.
And that’s why, when he suggested that we could add something tremendously valuable for IYCA Members, we listened.
We wanted to bring this type of coursework to you at a very reasonable cost.
It’s critically important, but it’s not the type of thing that is packed with drills or tips that are likely to make their way into your programming tomorrow.
It’s the foundation all of that is built on. And we wanted to make sure that you have a strong foundation, so it couldn’t be cost prohibitive.
We know how busy you are.
Clients come first.
Their schedules.
Their demands.
You come last almost every time.
One of the greatest stresses every Trainer or Coach encounters is the whole issue of getting ‘better’ without having the time to do so.
Thank heavens that Toby is a master of this issue as well!!
He knows exactly how to deliver as much information as possible in short periods of time.
After all, he’s a College Professor who is very used to having limited time to work with, right?
Four courses that you could literally do in 1 month…
1 month, and yet all that information!
Information that will:
Enhance your knowledge immediately
Allow you to better understand human growth and development
Enhance your ability to create effective and safe training programs
Allow you to recover the knowledge you’ve lost since College
Enhance your know-how in preventing injuries
Increase your functional understanding of anatomy and joint structures
Increase your ability AND demand as a Trainer or Coach
And not $99.95 each. All four courses for a TOTAL of $99.95!
