		<description>It is so important to let kids be kids and in that same breath, I would say it is so important to regress older athletes back towards being a kid.

Free flowing, unscripted movements will pay huge dividends for longevity and skill development.

My 8 year old does gymnastics and also does bw squats, band assisted pull-ups and some pressing movements with a pvc pipe.
