These are the principles that I live by and strive by everyday–one of the best things we can do as fitness professionals is to “put ourselves in the customer’s view.” I always ask myself, How would I like to be treated the minute I walk into the door–if I was going to do a workout.”
Great advice and something we must strive to do in the coaching of youth fitness.
