    Deceleration promotes control, this is what I want to teach youth runningbacks. Control speed will in the long run produces the best results and it promotes self awareness.

    Great example of letting the young athlete figure it out for him/her self.

    Agree 100%. My business name has the word ‘Speed’ in it, but I tell my kids in session one that the most important thing I can teach them is how to slow down. Let’s spread this concept far and wide.

    Nate, I agree with you 100%. There are far too many athletes that are getting injured because they don’t know how to stop properly.
