The West Coast Symposium will be held at the Santa Monica College in Santa Monica, CA about 20 minutes away from Los Angeles International Airport.

Ted is the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Los Angeles Rams. Before joining the Rams, he served as an Assistant S & C Coach for the Miami Dolphins and Detroit Lions. Ted is considered one of the youngest and most respected strength coaches in the NFL.
Brett is the co-founder of SPIDERfit Kids, and one of the leading experts in the youth development. His programs have influenced thousands of kids all over the world, and he continues to spread his knowledge and passion at events and through his regular contributions to the IYCA.
Coach Takano is a legend in the world of weightlifting, coaching multiple U.S. National Teams at World Championships and Olympic Games. He was inducted to the USA Weightlifting Hall of Fame in 2007.
Antonio received his Ph.D. in Exercise Science from the University San Raffaele – Rome, Italy. Antonio has many years of experience at all levels, holds multiple certifications and has coached all over the world. He currently focuses most of his energy developing young athletes.
Coach Hank is the S & C Coach at Santa Monica College and the NSCA Southern California State Director. With nearly 15 years of experience as a college coach, he has worked in multiple disciplines and has been a part of dozens of championships.
Jim is the President of the IYCA and Director of the Total Performance Training Center in Michigan. A former college strength coach, Jim has created multiple information products on sports performance, written three books and trained thousands of athletes at every level.
